In short
The booking policy is short.
Pacific Massage & Head Spa is open every day, 10 AM to 10 PM, at 15220 NE Shen St, Suite 190, Redmond, WA 98052, and you can call (425) 497-9700, reserve through Fresha, or walk in when a therapist and a room are free.
Only a reservation holds the head spa basin or the couples room, so the $80 Signature Head Spa (60 minutes) and the $120 Luxury Head Spa (90 minutes) are worth booking ahead.
Tell us about health conditions, pregnancy, allergies and anything happening on your scalp or skin before the session.
Terms for an online reservation are shown by Fresha at booking — for anything else with a number attached, call and ask.
01 — At a glance
Everything on one screen.
Every row below is either verified from the studio's own materials or read straight from the price menu. Nothing is rounded, and nothing is filled in with a plausible guess.

02 — Booking & walk-ins
Two ways in, one of them certain.
Call (425) 497-9700, or reserve online through Fresha. You can also just turn up — walk-ins are welcome, it is printed on our door. A walk-in just cannot guarantee the room you had in mind.
Two rooms are worth planning around: the head spa basins, and the couples room that seats two guests side by side. When they are taken, they are taken — book ahead for either. The 60-minute Couple Massage is $160 for the pair — one room, one booking, two guests side by side.
Add-ons are the other reason to book rather than arrive. An eye steam mask ($10), scalp analysis ($30), ear candling ($30) and the scrubs all need room inside your slot, so name them at booking and the time gets scheduled rather than squeezed onto the end. Full list: add-on menu.
03 — Terms & changes
Where we would rather you ask.
Not every term here is ours to publish. If you reserve online, Fresha shows the terms attached to that reservation before you confirm it. Read that screen — for an online booking it is the authoritative version, not this page.
- Cancelling or moving a booking
- Call as early as you can; it lets the slot go to somebody else. What applies to your booking is shown by Fresha online, or confirmed by us on the phone.
- Deposits, tipping, payment
- Ask at the desk or on the booking call. Better a current answer in ten seconds than a stale one on a web page for a year.
- Gift cards
- Sold through Fresha. Whatever terms come with a card are shown at purchase, so read them there. Buy a gift card.
04 — Arriving
Come up a few minutes early.
-
A few minutes before
Use them to talk: pressure, heat, the areas to work and the areas to leave alone. Better said at the start than at the end.
-
If you are running behind
Call. We will do what the schedule allows and say on the phone what that is — a late start can mean a shorter session.
-
Parking, and the ticket
Park in the shared garage under the block, using either entrance (NE Shen St or 152nd Ave NE). Bring the ticket to Suite 190; the desk validates it.
The garage approach, drawn step by step: location page.
05 — Health & disclosure
Tell us before, not after.
Before the session, tell your therapist about health conditions, injuries, recent surgery, medication and allergies — including to oils, herbs and scent. Mention anything on your scalp or skin too: flaking, sores, an itching patch, color treated two days ago. If you are pregnant, say so and say which trimester — the 60-minute Pregnant Massage is $90 and is worked side-lying, second and third trimester.
None of it is an interrogation. It lets a therapist adjust the plan up front instead of finding out halfway through. Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, and NCCIH's overview of massage therapy is straight about where the evidence is thin and who should check with a doctor first.
Say this plainly
We are not a medical provider, and nothing here substitutes for medical care. Unsure whether a treatment suits you? Ask your clinician first — the NIH's consumer guide to massage therapy is a level-headed five minutes.
06 — In the room
You can change your mind mid-session.
Pressure, heat and technique are adjustable at any point, not only at the start. Too firm, too light, water warmer than you like, a spot better left alone — say it and your therapist changes it.
Massage happens in a private room — you and your therapist, nobody else. You undress alone, to whatever level you are comfortable with, and stay covered by linens throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Head spa is different: face-up at the basin, towel across your shoulders, and no undressing beyond what the therapist needs to keep dry.
And you can stop. If a session is not working — for a reason, or for none you care to explain — say so and it ends there.
07 — Cupping
It leaves marks.
Cupping is worked into a massage here rather than sold as its own appointment — the 30-minute Massage + Cupping is $70, and the 60-minute version is $100. The suction can leave round, bruise-colored marks where the cups sat. They fade, but how fast varies by person.
So if this is a photo week or a sleeveless week, say so at booking; we will leave cupping out or keep it somewhere covered. NCCIH's overview of cupping sets out the practice and the risks.
08 — Conduct
A professional therapeutic setting.
This studio does therapeutic massage, scalp care, facials and body treatments. That is the entire offer. Any request, remark or behaviour of a sexual nature ends the session on the spot.
The same applies to anyone arriving intoxicated, or acting in a way that makes a therapist or another guest uncomfortable. Our therapists make that call themselves.
09 — The rest
The practical rest.
- Someone coming with you
- Booking too? Book you both at once, so you are side by side and not an hour apart. Only waiting? Call ahead and we will say what reception can hold that day — and if a child is coming with you, say that on the same call.
- Phones
- Silence yours before the room, not after. The quiet is most of what you came for, and the guest next door paid for the same thing.
- Accessibility
- Call (425) 497-9700 before you come and tell us what you need — the garage route, the door, the table, the basin chair. An accurate answer for your visit beats a blanket claim here.
10 — Questions
Questions, at the desk.
-
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist and a room are free — it is printed on the door — and what a walk-in gets is whatever is open at that moment, which on a quiet weekday is most of the menu. Only a reservation guarantees a head spa basin or the couples room. Call (425) 497-9700 or reserve on Fresha; the studio is open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM.
-
What is the cancellation policy?
Fresha shows the terms attached to your reservation before you confirm it, and for an online booking that screen is the authoritative version. This page publishes no cancellation window, deposit or late fee, because none of them is confirmed for this studio — call (425) 497-9700 and we will tell you what applies to your booking.
-
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes is plenty, and they are useful minutes: pressure, heat, the spots to work and the spots to leave alone are all easier to settle before a session than during it. Running behind? Call. A late start can mean a shorter session, and we would rather say that on the phone than at the door.
-
Where do I park, and is parking free?
Park in the shared garage under the block, using either entrance (NE Shen St or 152nd Ave NE). Parking is free — bring the ticket up to Suite 190 and the desk validates it.
-
What should I tell the therapist before a session?
Health conditions, injuries, recent surgery, medication and allergies — including to oils, herbs and scent. Mention anything happening on your scalp or skin too: flaking, sores, an itching patch, color treated two days ago. If you are pregnant, say so and say which trimester; the 60-minute Pregnant Massage is $90, worked side-lying with bolstering, second and third trimester.
-
Do I have to undress?
For massage you undress alone, to whatever level you are comfortable with, and stay covered by linens throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Head spa asks for less: you are face-up at the basin with a towel across your shoulders, and nothing comes off beyond what keeps you dry.
-
Can I change the pressure, or stop, partway through?
Yes to both. Pressure, heat and technique are adjustable at any point, not only at the start. And if a session is not working — for a reason, or for none you care to explain — say so and it ends there.
-
Will cupping leave marks?
It can. The suction leaves round, bruise-colored marks where the cups sat, and how quickly they fade varies by person. Cupping is worked into a massage here rather than sold on its own; the 30-minute Massage + Cupping is $70. If this is a photo week or a sleeveless week, say so at booking and we will leave it out or keep it somewhere covered.
-
Can two of us book together?
Yes. The couples room seats two guests side by side, and the 60-minute Couple Massage is $160 for the pair. Book both guests at once so you are next to each other rather than an hour apart. Bringing anyone who is not booked? Call ahead and we will tell you what works that day.
-
Do gift cards have their own terms?
Gift cards are sold through Fresha, and whatever terms come with a card are shown at purchase, so read them there. The rule is the same everywhere on this page: if a number is not published here, it is because nobody has confirmed it, and the desk can give you the current answer in ten seconds.
More of them — head spa versus a salon wash, what to expect on a first visit, prices by tier — are answered on the FAQ, and the rest on the contact page.
If it is not in the booking policy above, ask.
One phone number, seven days a week, ten to ten. Ask before you book rather than at the door.
