03 — Coming from
Seven ways to the head spa, one garage.
Eastside traffic writes its own schedule, so every number below is a range and none of them is a promise. Leave a few minutes early and arrive unhurried — that part matters more than the route you pick.
| Coming from | Main route | Typical range |
|---|---|---|
| Bellevue | SR 520 | 15–25 min |
| Kirkland | Willows Rd NE / SR 202 | 15–25 min |
| Sammamish | E Lake Sammamish Pkwy | 15–30 min |
| Bothell | Willows Rd NE / SR 522 | 20–35 min |
| Woodinville | SR 202 / Avondale Rd NE | 15–30 min |
| Issaquah | I-90 · I-405 · SR 520 | 25–40 min |
| downtown Redmond, Overlake & the Microsoft campus | SR 202 · 2 Line | 5–15 min |
From Bellevue
SR 520
SR 520 east, then off at the Overlake exits — you want the Overlake side of Redmond, not downtown. Somewhere in the 15-to-25-minute band depending on traffic. The eastbound afternoon crawl is the only thing that really moves that number.
From Kirkland
Willows Rd NE / SR 202
Two honest options. Willows Rd NE runs down the Sammamish River valley and skips the freeway entirely; NE 85th St across to Redmond Way (SR 202) is the more direct line. Both usually land between 15 and 25 minutes depending on traffic, and Willows is the calmer drive once the evening rush starts.
From Sammamish
E Lake Sammamish Pkwy
Come up East Lake Sammamish Parkway with the water on your left, or run 228th Ave NE north to SR 202 and cut west through Redmond. Call it 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and on which end of the plateau you started from.
From Bothell
Willows Rd NE / SR 522
Drop into the valley and follow Willows Rd NE south, which is the pretty version, or take SR 522 across to Woodinville and come down SR 202. Plan on 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic.
From Woodinville
SR 202 / Avondale Rd NE
SR 202 — the Woodinville–Redmond road — brings you into Redmond without touching a freeway. If you are starting from the Woodinville–Duvall side instead, Avondale Rd NE is the cleaner run down into town. Roughly 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
From Issaquah
I-90 · I-405 · SR 520
The longest of the seven. I-90 to I-405 north, then east on SR 520, is the default; East Lake Sammamish Parkway north along the lake is the swap worth making when the freeways look ugly. Budget 25 to 40 minutes depending on traffic.
From downtown Redmond, Overlake & the Microsoft campus
SR 202 · 2 Line
This is the short one. From downtown Redmond it is Redmond Way (SR 202) west, then down toward 152nd Ave NE — roughly 5 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. From Overlake or the Microsoft campus you are already in the neighborhood. The Redmond 2 Line runs through Overlake and downtown Redmond, so light rail plus a walk at this end is a genuine option — check which stop sits closest before you set out.
Each of those drives has its own page, written for the people who make it: Bellevue by rail or SR 520, Kirkland on a weekend, Sammamish over the plateau, and the Microsoft campus, already in the neighborhood.
04 — Hours & walk-ins
Ten to ten, seven days.
The studio keeps one schedule, with no seasonal version of it: 10 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Sunday. A basin session at 8 PM on a Tuesday is as normal here as a Saturday afternoon, and the late-booking page counts back from close for each session length.
Walk-ins are welcome — it is printed on our door and we mean it. What a walk-in gets is whatever is open at that moment, which on a quiet weekday is most of the menu and on a Friday evening might be a 30-minute back massage instead of the 90-minute session you pictured. Calling ahead is how you choose. Booking online through Fresha does the same job at midnight when nobody is at the desk.
Prices are posted in full on the services page — head spa from $70, an hour of massage $80, couples $160 for two guests, and every tier broken down on the price list. Anything else you are wondering about before you drive over is probably answered on the FAQ.
One honest note
Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension — which is also how the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes it. Mayo Clinic files relaxation techniques under stress management rather than treatment, which is the right shelf for an hour here too. Neither is a substitute for medical care. NCCIH's consumer tips also say to tell whoever is treating you about any health condition first: if you are pregnant, managing something, or working around a recent injury, check with your clinician and then say so at the desk.
