02 — On the call
Six things worth saying when you book.
None of it is required — a name and a time will do. But the slot fits better when these come up early.
Read the price menu first-
How long you have
The three core basin tiers are 45, 60 and 90 minutes ($70 / $80 / $120), and the menu carries more than those three — a 70-minute Signature at $95 Monday to Friday, the Chinese herb tiers, and two 80-minute scalp treatments. Massage runs 30 minutes to two hours, from $50 for a back-only session to $80 for the full hour. Say what you can spare; the service gets fitted to it.
-
Head spa, massage, or both
Different rooms, different appointments. Want both in one visit? Ask for one of the massage-plus-head-spa Relaxing Packages, $130 to $210. The same group also pairs one of those with a Guasha Lifting Facial, $140 to $150. Where both halves are sold separately the package is exactly their sum, so what you save is the second trip rather than money. Undecided is a fine answer too.
-
The pressure you like
Light, medium, firm, or start-gentle-and-see. Nothing is locked in at booking and nothing is locked in on the table — pressure changes mid-session whenever you ask.
-
Whether there are two of you
Two guests share one room, side by side. Couple Massage is $160 for the pair for 60 minutes, and the basin room has two stations. The Double packages ($260 to $420) are priced for both of you, not each — each one is exactly twice its single-guest version. Weekend evenings go first.
-
Any add-ons
Eye steam mask $10, essential oils $20, ear candling $30, the $30 scalp analysis before a treatment. Mention them on the call so the minutes get built into your slot.
-
Anything health-related
Pregnancy (Pregnant Massage on the menu — side-lying, $90 for 60 minutes), a recent injury, a scalp or skin condition, anything heat or pressure could affect. Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, and neither is a substitute for medical care — check with your clinician first, then tell your therapist before the session starts.

- Hours
- 10 AM – 10 PM
- Monday through Sunday.
- Walk-ins
- Welcome — it is printed on our door. Whatever is open is yours.
- Serving Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish and the wider Eastside.
04 — First visit
Four things nobody warns you about.
- Your hair will be wet, then dry
- The scalp work happens face-up at a basin under running water, with Milbon scalp care throughout. It ends with a conditioning treatment, a warm rinse and a blow-dry — you leave finished, not damp.
- Walk in, or book the room you want
- Walk-ins are welcome and take whatever is open. Booking ahead is how you get the basin, the couples room or a particular evening.
- Bring the parking ticket in with you
- The front desk validates it at reception, which is why the garage costs you nothing.
- Say something in the room
- Too firm, too light, too warm — the session bends around that. The fastest fix is you saying so.
Worth repeating
Massage and scalp care may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. Neither is a substitute for medical care, and nothing here treats a medical condition — NCCIH’s overview of massage therapy frames it the same way. Its consumer guidance adds the part worth acting on: tell the practitioner what is going on, and keep your own provider in the loop. That is what item 06 above is for — say it on the call, then say it again in the room. The questions we field most often are answered on the FAQ page.
The number, one more time.

Before you call
Four quick questions before you book
Everything else guests ask before a first visit is on the FAQ page.
How do I book at Pacific Massage & Head Spa? +
Two ways: call (425) 497-9700 during opening hours, or book online through Fresha, which shows live availability rather than taking a request. There is no contact form and no email queue.
What are your hours? +
Every day, 10 AM to 10 PM — weekends included. The late block is genuinely bookable, which is why a lot of guests come after work.
Do you take walk-ins? +
Yes, subject to whatever is open at that moment. On a quiet weekday afternoon that can be most of the menu; on a Friday evening it may be a 30-minute back massage rather than the 90 minutes you had in mind. Booking ahead is how you get the basin room or the couples room.
Do you sell gift cards? +
Yes, through Fresha. They arrive by email, which makes them workable the night before a birthday.
