The crossing
Bellevue to Overlake in 15 to 25 minutes, and often no freeway at all.
Northeast Bellevue can get here without touching a freeway. 148th Ave NE and 156th Ave NE both run north into Overlake, and the last turn is onto NE Shen St, which runs along the south side of the block; 152nd Ave NE runs down the west side. From downtown, SR 520 eastbound is the simpler line. Either way the range is 15 to 25 minutes, depending on traffic, and the address at the end of it is 15220 NE Shen St, Suite 190.
Parking is free in the shared garage under the block, and there are two entrances into it — one off NE Shen St, one off 152nd Ave NE. Bring the ticket in rather than leaving it face-down on the dashboard; the front desk validates it, so the number you saw online is the number you pay. The turn, the ramp and the walk to Suite 190 are drawn out on the Overlake arrival guide.
Because the crossing is short, the appointment doesn't have to become an evening's project. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free, so a quiet afternoon can turn into an hour at the basin on ten minutes' notice. If the time matters — a specific room, a specific length — call (425) 497-9700 first.
